When I have first received the TV it was working fine for a day and a half before it had died. I have done a variety of troubleshooting to get it to vome back on including plugging it into another outlet. Most likely the TV was faulty from the beginning or it was refurbished. After contacting Best Buy and informing them of the issue, they have sent me an new one that one is working wonderfully and so far no issues.

Excellent because I can download any of the streaming apps available.

We were pleased with the Geek Squad who credited us toward a new TV instead of repairing the old one. Salesmen at Best Buy in Fargo, ND was helpful and polite. Checkout clerk was knowledgeable and efficient.

I am very satisfied with this tv and the only negative I have I wish I had purchased 4K. It works fine for the dining area where I watch tv at breakfast and lunch.

The only thing I am not happy about w/TV is if you are not right in front of the TV, the color of the picture is almost black and white. That may be something I could adjust, but I have not found it. Review by Pat Supak

This was a great idea with the Covid-19 isolation , we used it all summer long under our outside Canopy. Reception was not the best but we purchased an outside antenna and it helped a great deal.

I bought this as an extra tv and hooked it up wirelessly. I don't even have it hooked up to our carrier's cable but get plenty of movies and tv programs to watch for free + options to purchase at reasonable prices.

Do not like the stand/legs at bottom. Made it awkward to place it on things. Also didn't realize it didn't have a sleep-timer setting.

The tv works great not hard to program. The issue with one I received did not have all of the parts. The screws that attach feet to screen missing. Made trip to hardware store to buy several screws sizes to find one that would work

The t.v. came on time. Plays great. Samsung technical support is really great, because I needed some assistance and they walked me through it when I needed it. I'm so grateful that they are there 24/7.

Just purchased a Samsung tv. I do not seem to be able to get it working. What is the cost for someone to set up. I have another Samsung tv that works fine.

Really cool when I just so happened onto Samsung TV could mirror Samsung phone, and so easy... yeah, dates me but still pretty cool. And remember it really was the Boomers that made cool, "cool!" Thanks Best Buy

Nice little tv at a good price, but disappointed it doesn't stream Hulu or Peacock. Wish I would have known that before I bought it, I should have done more research. We can't even use those casting from phone.

so far the tv works very good, my only problem is that I'm not able to put the tv legs, so I'm waiting for one of my friends to come to visit me and help me with it. thank-you

This tv is a nice tv and has better graphics then some tvs from other manufactures that are bigger. If you get it as a gift for some one who is not tech savy make sure they know how to work the remote and all the features on the tv

I bought this for a efficiency room and hooked it to a antenna. I did not know with wifi it comes with Samsung TV and had almost 100 channels! Who needs cable?? And very energy efficient as well.

I purchased two of the Samsung 32" TVs for bedrooms in my new home. I wanted the latest Smart TVs and the price was perfect. I have a house full of Samsung products all purchased at Best Buy!!
