Excellent TV for the cost. Would buy again.......

I bought a Samsung Sound bar about a year and a half ago and was impressed. When my old television died, I bought the same brand not a Samsung and brought it back , bought a Samsung and WOW! Very impressed! My wife was concerned about the stability of the legs (I wasn't) but we bought a stand and mounted it on it which made it even more impressive! Happy, happy, happy!

Pick up was easy and set up was no problem. Store rep was very friendly and remembered seeing me in the store before.

Been buying theses units for years for mobile applications, they have always preformed really well and a great value!

Can’t go wrong with a Samsung smart tv. Able to download any streaming services to it.

The only negative thing I can say about this smart tv is there are not enough audio jacks in the back - otherwise it is great!

I have never had a bad experience with Samsung TVs. I purchased my first flatscreen TV in 2007, a Samsung that lasted 16 years. Unfortunately, this latest tv didn't last 16 days. My wife and I allow each of our children to redecorate their bedroom when they finish the 5th grade. It was my son's turn this year, and we surprised him with this tv in his room (his first). He absolutely loved it until he came to us after about 12 days and said the screen was dark. We didn't think much about it, just assumed he changed the video settings. About 3 days later, he complained again. I went to check on it, and I saw that when the tv first powered on, the screen was very dark and flickered with lines and screen quality of an old VHS tape. After a few minutes, it would start to look normal. Unfortunately for us, the return period was only for 14 days. We hoped that it would get better, but within the next few days, the screen quality only deteriorated. Now, it's completely unusable. We took it off his wall and will be taking it to the local dump for disposal. $200 literally in the trash. (Samsung requires the original receipt for warranty work, which we did not keep). And no, we did not purchase a warranty from Best Buy. While I don't expect every tv to last 16 years, I would expect a product purchased from a quality retailer like Best Buy to be a quality product. This product was the opposite.

Replacement was overdue. Hope it lasts as long as the last TV.
