    I had a misunderstanding about an app I had installed on old tv, that was not on the tv. Told i had to call Samsung and they'd walk me thru purchasing what i already have on other tvs. Called Samsung and got an answering machine. Leave my number. Never did get a call. I returned the tv.

    It’s ok. Basic small smart tv. Was disappointed it didn’t support Directv ready as I thought it did. But all in all it works fine.

    I wish I could bring this tv back to Best Buy but I threw the box out before I realized the disappointment with this tv. We can not adjust the screen size, not allowing us a full screen. The color varies between channels and when looking at the screen from the side it looses the color. I called Samsung and they told me it our cable company. We never experienced this problem with other tv’s.
