I was disappointed with this unit. There is always lag waiting between apps. The picture is ok but not great.

The picture is great but there is an echo or weird feedback when you turn volume up to about 20. Annoying. I never had that problem with my large Samsung.

Bought this TV this past September and just now installed it (blessed to be able to take a 7 week vacation) along with a great pair of bluetooth speakers. After twenty or so minutes of trying to pair the dang things I finally had to call Best Buy and ask an extremely nice technician what I was doing wrong... You guessed it, out of my 4 Samsung TVs, this one doesn't have bluetooth capabilities..... Oh and I can't return it!

Samsun makes a great tv and this is no exception. Good quality and great picture!

Good quality, however, I wish that it had more of an easier platform for an elderly person.

Great picture quality just needed something to put in a spare bedroom for the grandkids.

We are diehard Samsung TV fans...however, we wish that we had paid just a tad bit more; the picture color quality isn't that great on this product.

The TV works fine. It is very lightweight. The stand is table. The resolution is very good. We are enjoying it.

Bought this TV several months for parent's guest room for when family visits. Now the TV is unable to connect to WiFi while everything else in house is able to, it's either defective hardware or bad software, but this Smart TV is useless without a working WiFi connection. Became defective after BB return policy. Buyer Beware!

Like this TV very much except when you turn it on or change channels or change the volume it has a lady's voice speaking so fast you cant understand it and it is VERY annoying!

Was open box. Tv was fine but no cord, remote, or legs

Careful .. says Hulu is an option, but it absolutely is NOT. Called Samsung direct. Specifications list Hulu, but it is NOT compatible or available for this model!

I was sent a used TV instead of a brand new one. The TV even had someone's Netflix account on it. I never heard back from best buy

I am an avid Samsung TV person. I've never had a problem until now. I purchased this tv on July 3, 2020 and the sound stopped working on December 1, 2020. I'm getting ready to see what help I can get from Samsung, so I will update accordingly. I did remember seeing some other reviews about the sound going out. But I said to myself, "Surely this won't happen to me!" I was wrong.

The Tv image and colors are blurry. Not the best I try editing the settings but still same bad image. When I change channels it delays and flashes a blacl light..after few seconds the channel changes. I used samsung phones ans tablets and never been tgis dissapointed with an item from them. Unfortunately didn't have the time to return it

The TV had a glitch such that if we let the TV sit for 24 hours without turning it on, it had a hard time turning on, and would go through the entire TV initialization process and require us to input the router password, etc. Had to return the TV as we could not get it to work as it should. Additionally, the main reason we purchased a Samsung was because we thought it would have the Xfinity Stream app (like our 2019 Samsung did); however, it did not.

not happy with picture quality and color. what more can I say. why do I need 50 characters?

we bought a used TV and for this i can't write a straight forward review decent tv other than sound but that could have been because first owner blew speakers out
