I had to returned it because of a cracked screen and I am very disappointed in not getriing an adjustment on my new lg

Could do without all the samsung ads cluttering up the screens

Would NOT buy another one. I own 4 Samsung TVs and this is the worst, very slow, I wish i could trade it in for a better one. My 30 days were up and I didn't get a chance to watch it much then. Now I m finding more home time, And finding that there are better models available by Samsung maybe finding a better sales consultant for the next TV .

The Smart TV function and Wireless connection is inoperable.

A decent TV for the cost, but the one major downside is the side viewing angle is not very good.

Maybe its just me, but the sound out of the TV speaker is lousy. The equalizer has no effect on the sound at all. Had I been past the return time limit, I believe I would return it

Do not buy this TV. It has been the worst TV I have ever owned. Best Buy has refused to help me in getting this replaced and has recommended me to reach out to the FTC or BBC.

The picture & sound are horrible. Very disappointed in quality of this tv. This is our 4th Samsung TV but the picture quality of this TV needs to be adjusted for each show you watch. You adjust so it is good for one program and then it's to dark for another and vice versa. The sound is very poor also. It is like it's muffled and when you turn up the volume it's just loud and muffled. It's wall mounted so that can be the problem. Do not buy this TV.

Only have a power button no ability to change the channel without remote

Terribly sound, picture not warm, remote impossible to use, is not able to hold a wireless connection. Not worth buying even if a good price, we gave up and bought a better more expensive tv.

Cheap price, cheap tv, nothing stands out with this model, just basic tv.

I exchanged this TV for another brand. The sound in Samsung was horrible! It had a very "tinny" sound to it. I needed a TV in our kitchen and I do not have room for a sound bar. This TV definitely needs a soundbar.

Good TV if you have another device providing Wi-Fi. I have GB internet and it constantly times out and goes back to the home screen. Not recommended if you will be using the smart apps only. Recommended if you have a cable box or streaming (roku/apple tv) device.

IT WAS A GREAT PRICE AND IT WAS A GIFT FOR MY MOTHER,BECAUSE I TV WENT.

Products are great but “buying/installation” experience was simply poor. As customer we were “in the middle” between in hone consultants, Best Buy and Geek Squad. Real issues here in how they are structured so each pointing fingers at the other and we the customer left to try to work through.

Poor volume and average picture. Overall, not a bad purchase for the price paid.
