This tv went out in two years of having it. Greek squad protection expired and total tech wouldn’t cover it. So now I am stuck with a perfectly fine looking television that doesn’t display picture. Thanks Samsung & Best Buy!

Samsung smart tv has connection issues. We have to unplug the tv , plug back in and hope it connects to the internet. Not worth it!!

We bought this TV, and it did not work trying to use the Hallmark app. So we took it back in exchange for another identical model. We then found out that Hallmark doesn't work on this TV but, unfortunately, the screen got cracked bringing it back so now we're out two hundred bucks for nothing. We then installed the app on a 10-year old television, a Vizio, and it works fine on their perfectly. Needless to say, we're not getting another Samsung or probably anything else here - unfortunately.

Fits the bill for a TV in the bedroom. Love the Samsung brand!

Picture is too dark and can't make it brighter no matter what especially with connections like DirecTV to the HDMI input.

The video quality is good but each time we turn it off, disconnects from the wifi. Now, you have to set the wifi as if you haven’t done it already, because the “retry” doesn’t do the job. It’s not the wifi because out set up in the family room works just fine at the same time and so does every other device in the house. Unfortunately we find out just now and we can’t return it.

This was just what we were looking for. Pice was good also

Great TV for the price. Works well, stays connected. Only downside is there are some apps you cannot remove.

This is the second Samsung TV I have purchased for our home updated in order to utilize features of the TV in another room of our home.

bad bad bad colors off even when doing custom version picture fuzzy sound is so so some channels ok some not would not recommend anyone buy this model I have brought Samsung before great quality but not this model

Broke with in a month bc the stand did not hold it up well

Needed an additional tv for sharing with my family.

Tv seemed decent but returned it due to the fact that the remotes were substandard. One worked for about a week then stopped. New remote came and it never worked

There is a green dot on the screen - it’s a pixel Unfortunately I threw out box and the tv is all hooked up on wall and don’t want to take apart. Very disappointed to have a brand new tv have that flaw

I've only had this tv for 6 weeks and it's a headache. I enjoy the features when it's working, but will only connect to the wifi half of the time. Constantly unplugging it and doing a full reset to watch anything. Now after 6 weeks I get to waste my time chasing Best Buy to get this thing replaced. Not impressed!

Zero volume. Wound up crooked when setting up stands. Tossed in trash. Do not buy

Bought two of these as Christmas gifts for kids. Product description says it supports Hulu, after setting up the first TV I found out it does not have the Hulu app and it is not able to be downloaded. Have several other newer Samsung TVs that are Hulu supported, doesn't make sense these are not. Both TVs have to be returned for a different brand.

Perfect size for HDMI connection to my laptop. Starts fast. Access to popular apps and good HD tuner built in.

Not compatible with Xfinity stream app. It would work well if you was working from home as a second monitor.

So glad the sales person took time and explained all the features and why we needed a Samsung. We love it
