I had trouble connecting the tv so it would work properly. I sent a request for help. The response I received did not help. I wanted to return the tv, but was denied because the 2 week period was over. If I had received a response sooner, I might have been able to return the tv within the 2 week period.

Annoying voice to try to change volume and hard to get to tv with my DISH remote. Also complicated compared to my old tv to set up DVD.

Trying to return. Cannot obtain a return ticket due to purchasing on line. TV is defective. Cant wait until i can bring the Tv into store to exchange. Im so disappointed

Good television, but the sound distorts terribly. I've checked Samsung's site as well as some user sites. All to no avail.

Will not wotk from antenna as was told which was the reason I bought this model.

Sound is very poor, thus the reason for the cheap price. Spend a few more dollars!

Great tv for my room. Works great, I use it to stream my cable subscription and Netflix.

Not the best purchase. Regardless, of the many adjustments, the picture appeared wash outed. It may work for a college dorm, but I love my sports.

We were hacked in the first two weeks. We will not buy another smart tv until the electronic change.

Worked fine. Stepdaughter couldn't afford 1080p. Perfect bedroom TV. She uses it for netflix, amazon, and pushing content from her phone.

I have not had this TV long . It is working fine but I don't expect it to last very long. Because Samsung products are pure crap. They look great at first and are cheap and then poof. Every one I have had. Appliances, TV's, DVD players, surround sound systems, blue ray players all gone quickly. Don't buy any of this crap. And their customer service is non existent. Stay away.

Messes up sometimes and the store wouldn't let me exchange it. I've decided to keep it anyway.

Got this as a replacement for a cracked screen TV. Had a nice price on it.

TV on display in store was clear and had bright color on screen. TV in home was of poor quality, color was terrible and I was unable to read any message appearing on the screen.

Sound issues after 17 days had to return for a credit. Got another just like it. Today 17 days later sound went out in this one. Must have been a bad batch of parts

password for wifi has to constantly be reset. won't buy again

THOSE FLAT PANNALS ARE OUT OF DATE FOR SPECTRIUM TV

Sound is terrible when you turn it on. Has to many icons across the bottom of the screen. Would not buy it again and wish I had returned it when I could.
