Well my Tosiba works much better. The Samsung is a pain and I would return it if I could

Having difficulties with it unlike other Samsung devices I have in house

1 star due to having to return original purchase after store associates loaded a very obviously smashed box in my car. Then I had to order for delivery instead. Luckily it came in in time for Christmas! Pretty basic TV- looks decent and has decent features. Might recommend tv but only from another store

Tv just wont turn on anymore I only had the tv for less then 30 days and it just completely stopped working

The Samsung 32” tv is an excellent tv for the money.

It ok it got cracked somehow i have only watched it three times

I’m sure it’s a great tv. But unfortunately when we set it up and turned it off it would go back into factory mode and I would have to reset everything every time I turned it on. It had some kind of reset mode or glitch

Was broken when i got it and they did not want to replace it so now i will be reaching out to corperate and sueing..if this is not fixed..

Had to return because the product did not have Hulu available for use.

I love Samsung products. Their products is usually all I purchase when it comes to electronics. This is an older flat panel TV. It has a grainy picture and is subject to screen tearing. I purchased this for use on a computer thinking it would be good for gaming. It only supports 60Hz refresh. Not good for gaming

Opened box and it had been opened and taped up and returned and sold as new. Never had it on.

Months ago I bought the "Samsung - 32" Class (31.5" Diag.) - LED - 720p - Smart" and I am pleased and amazed with the quality of the picture. The Setup was smooth and you can easily follow the onscreen step by step guide. The TV will already detect the wireless network available and all you need to do is enter your credentials. Apps like Netflix and Amazon Prime Video are included and you can easily setup your accounts. and Sling TV app free for 3 months is included The base is a single pedestal and not the two individual supports as shown on the website. Overall a good choice if you are looking for quality and an affordable TV.

Picture quality is not great otherwise works fine.

TV has suffered the Black Screen of Death...and after 30 days, on the nose. I need to return it but the order number that you emailed isn't recognized in your returns page.

Best Buy literally had the audacity to sell me a TV that looked like it was opened beforehand and missing the base to the TV. I'm not happy! Worst experience I've ever had at best buy!!!!

I put this tv in my kids’ room and it’s great! Apps work great.

TV was hooked up and would not come on. Contacted Samsung and they walked my dad through trying to fix it with no results. Very disappointed!

The tv color has gone out it comes and goes had the tv for barely a month. And I couldn’t get it to cast off my phone
