We bought this TV as open-box ( the first item we buy as open-box) and it was great. The TV works well, the quality is great. We don't watch TV much and it is mostly to play video games or watch streaming videos and it is perfect for that since it is a smart TV. The only con we encounter is when we wanted to mount the stand to the TV, the holes for the screws are VERY tight therefore a regular screwdriver can't go in.

The Samsung “32” works well and provides a vivid and clear image of shows which I stream from my IPhone 8 or from one of the apps on the Smart TV. The connection to the internet via my phone hotspot works well. The only weaknesses of the Samsung “32” are the rather tinny and blurred sound and the remote control which inconsistently turns the television on and off.

Great product and features, would buy again excellent quality

The Samsung 32 inch Class M4500 Series LED HD Smart Tizen TV is a good buy for the money. I bought this television for my Granddaughter and she loves it. The colors are vibrant, the resolution is extremely good, the screen is bright and it's just right for a 10 year old. I would definitely buy another one (maybe when my 2 year old grandson gets a bit older!).

Nice tv....great picture! Easy to set up. Very happy with this purchase.

Have always used Fire Stick or Apple TV. This is so much better. Single remote and seems to work. Fire Stick was always poor operation. This was so much more than expected. Only thing that have not found to work so far is the app on my IPhone. Can’t get them to pair on boothtooth for some reason.

Easy setup. Had several on line channels built in. Great picture quality. No problems at all.

Clear picture. Sound is excellent. There are no issues with the TV although whites are slightly too bright.

We had just bought the same size Samsung TV that was a step up and few dollars more when our OTHER TV bit the dust. So, we bought the lesser version and, to be honest, we cannot tell the difference!! It's just as clear and crisp as the pricier version, so we are thrilled!

Amazing product for the price, I put it in my garage and it looks amazing. Screen casting is almost immediate and the quality of the tv is surprisingly good for the price.
