The Samsung is far beyond the last one I bought. Lots of new features,,terrific picture,, great sound. I specially like the built in channel guide. I own lots of Samsung devices and at least,,,so far,,, have not had any problems with any of them. At this point, will continue to be a Samsung customer.

Greatest Experience at Best Buy

Shopping at Best Buy . I purchased a TV , went to pickup and it was MIA ! I was livid, She spld me a comprable model and made me very happy customer. I ended up buy two TV s. I bought another online. You don't find sales managers that care about the Customer. She is Simply the Best ! Harlem and Irving is my one and only store and I will look for Priscilla whenever I want to buy !

I attached it to the cable box and it did the rest. I didn't need the remote at all and the Xfinity remote worked with no intervention from me. The screen comes alive the moment you turn it on - no delay at all. The picture is vibrant and very clear.
