    The smart features are kinda slow. I picked this TV because the samsung tvs have an app that allows you to connect to comcast with no box. I never have gotten it to work on this tv. It works on our Roku tv and our older Samsung, but not this one. App doesn't open.

    The tech support was very helpful, but clued me to the software issues after 3rd call within the first week of setting up the TV. Had too many stupid bugs to mention...but the worse was It wasn't compatible with WiFi and turned off in middle of programs.

    Tv had a nice clear picture in the beginning. However, after about a year, the whole unit stopped working and refused to turn on. I’ve been buying Samsung for years and never had this problem with any other TVs, some which are older than 10+ years and still work great.
