The first TV was delivered to my house by UPS. When installing the TV found one of the screens was damaged. Returned the TV to Beast Buy. Best Buy replaced the defective TV, no questions asked. Installed the second TV without any problems. The picture quality is excellent. Satisfied with the overall quality and performance of the TV.

Highly Recommend! My mother uses this in her basement while she sews. There are lots of capabilities that she honestly doesn't use. For YouTube tv viewing, it is perfect.

This 32" Samsung TV is in my living room and I am enjoying it very much. The HD is bright and clear. Sound is excellent. Would recommend this TV at it's excellent price. I only purchase Samsung TV's at Best Buy and will continue to do so in the future.

The TV is great, it has all the features thatvwe were looking for. I like the fact that it doesn't have google, roku or any other pre installed software, but can use it as a regular tv. I do have another Samsung tv and was the other reason why we purchased this tv.

The Samsung 32" N5300 TV looks great in my guest room. I wanted a nice TV for my guest room that looked great, but didn't cost a lot of money. This Samsung 32" TV does both. The Remote is easy to use, and the TV speakers sound great. I may add a Samsung Sound Bar at a later date. I highly recommend this Samsung TV.

Although the price was high for a 32" TV, it has an excellent picture. Unfortunately, the sound fades after a week and you have to increase the volume in order to hear it.

This Samsung TV is what I needed for Retro Gaming, it has a component ports in the back which is hard to find now! Picture is great well for a PS2, even the Nintendo NES looks good, sound is okay but a soundbar would make it better. Over all this TV is great, glad Best Buy had it!

This set is one we use in the bedroom, as a consequence, we don't expect great sound. However, if you use it for a main set in a living room or a entertainment room, you will need a sound bar. This is true for all flat screen sets that I have owned. This surprises me because it is possible to create very good sound in a small space with today's technology. I think this problem exists because the manufactures want to sell sound bars. The picture is very good.
