Easy to use, excellent picture! Easy set-up! .................

I ordered a Samsung TV by phone through Best Buy. The rep, Andrew, was terrific and explained everything succinctly and answered all my questions. I wen to the store to pay in person and Keaton, a salespersoneahelped me do that. Then Jeff, a member of the Geeksquad, came by my house to install the TV. I am thrilled about not only my TV, (which talks to me and helps me with audio feedback when I press a button on the remote), but also the service I received in the process. Keep up the good work, guys! That's why you got a 5 rating!

This is a great TVyou can't go wrong buying this TV. It works just fine, and it comes with Samsung plus, so you can watch it all night.

This TV purchase met all expectations. The product was well packaged. The instructions were minimal, but did the job. The picture quality was excellent as expected. So far we are satisfied. The only downside is the "minimal" coverage of the included instructions if you are someone who prefers to read instructions during installation and set-up.

I really like this lil 32' Samsung TV, however the earlier generation of Samsung 32" TV'S were made of a more quality material, their smaller screen TV's now are much more flimsy. However I still love nearly everything Samsung makes, my entire home is filled with a variety of Samsung products.

This TV was chosen because of its smart-TV features (we just cut the cord on cable services), great picture and reasonable size for use in a smaller space. We had two Samsung TVs already and have enjoyed them. It is mounted on a movable arm wall mount (which works well due the smaller size of the device), and was easy to set up.

Great product; we would recommend this to people. It hangs in a prominent place where our aptrons can see how well it performs.

My old Samsung went out so I needed a replacement, and I picked a great one! The new Samsung TV has more features than my old TV did. It has Netflix, YouTube, and TV Plus, and there are so many things on the apps it would take too long to tell you about them all. The size is just the right for my bedroom. I love this TV!!!
