Picture quality is good, apps work well but I'm use to using a roku which has a larger variety of apps, so that was a bit of a let down. No audio jack or Bluetooth but I knew that going in. Sound is good from the TV speakers. Overall a good buy for the price.

Great price for a 32 Samsung smart 1080p HD tv, set it up and was truly impressed with the picture quality. So clear full of color and clear. Make sure you have the HD plugged to it to enhance the picture. You wont be disappointed with this TV. I also have a 65 Samsung tv I purchased weeks before this one and I have to say Samsung knows what they are doing!

First smart TV in the household, but so far very pleased with this one. Quality on picture and sound is fine. Still also have this tied into a DVR system, and did notice lag on picture vs sound if you pause or rewind, but that's the only drawback that I've noticed. Not a deal breaker, particularly since that's not really what it's designed for.

Yes, I have cable but as long as you have internet you can turn the TV on without having to turn on the cable (which I had to do with my old version). Other than news, there's not much on cable when I get up in the AM but my new TV gives me lots of options. I'm watching a game show that I didn't realize, until watching now, how many games I had missed. It's been great catching up. This gives me incentive to cut the cable cord and go to streaming. One great thing about Samsung, I can watch the Grand Ole Opry on Saturdays without having to watch on YouTube because now I can watch the shows that come before and after it.

Love this TV!

Salesperson was very helpful in helping pick the new one out. Set it up for her, including connecting to cable service, with no problem using the on-screen guide. Easy to use remote. Excellent picture and sound quality. She could not be happier.
