The Samsung tv is great. However, it is complicated for us older folks to set up. We had to have a younger person help. The remote is no intuitive. We need to get assistance to finalize set up

Good product. But the Geek squad had trouble setting it up because it was an old model (2017) and its remote did not work properly.. only after geting a new universal remote from xfinity was the second Geek team able to set it up properly. I reported this and the best Buy manager scheduled the second visit promptly which I appreciated.

I really like this lil 32' Samsung TV, however the earlier generation of Samsung 32" TV'S were made of a more quality material, their smaller screen TV's now are much more flimsy. However I still love nearly everything Samsung makes, my entire home is filled with a variety of Samsung products.

I let price blind me to quality. Bought a Vizio with same specs as this Samsung, and appx $60 less cost. In already having other Samsung tv’s in our home, I discovered the Vizio picture quality was unacceptable and returned the unit to Best Buy and exchanged it for a Samsung and paid the extra $60. Thoroughly satisfied now with the Samsung. I recommend it to others.

Good TV with fine sound quality. It’s edge lit rather than direct lit, so it’s best to sit right in front of the screen for the best view, and we did supplement with a sound bar, but it does a good job.

This 32 inch is easy yo set up, for a small space it works grate.

I needed a small 32" TV for an existing cabinet and this Samsung 5300 had the best quality picture compared to other brands at BB. The SmartTV features and menus are nicely laid out and easy to use. Due to the small size of the speakers you will probably want to use either a Soundbar or connect to an external sound system. Be aware that there are no standard audio or headphone jack outputs on this TV, only HDMI or Optical outputs. I can highly recommend this TV.

Great picture and easy set-up. The stand indeed seems wimpy but on that, we’ll see.

I suggest LG TVs to everyone. I love the LG brand. I buy LG tv all the time, the pictures quality is great and the different features are very cool.
