Good picture. Software? Nothing easy about it. When I turn it on, I want to see Youtube TV. I currently need to press 6 function buttons to get there. PIA!

Was given a store credit when my previous Samsung purchase wasn’t repairable by the InStore Geek Squad .So this tv was a much better surprise replacement.The bonuses on this model are priceless !

We needed a tv for our bedroom and decided to stay with Samsung as we already have a 60 inch that has been flawless. This 32 inch tv is perfect size and has a really sharp picture. You can’t go wrong with this purchase.

Great price for a great TV. We buy ONLY Samsung TV's as we've found Samsung has the best clarity for the money.

This tv works great. I got it for my back deck so I could watch games outside and it does exactly what I needed.

Great television. I purchased this television after I returned a previous bought vizio. This television is night and day compared to the vizio. Faster response time. Only issue I’ve run into is the remote can change the channel on my other Samsung television. Not a big deal though.

Love the clarity, the size and the sound. It was mounted and its sleek design allows us to push it against the wall so it's out of the way.

Nice size, great picture, descent sound. Would like illuminated remote due all the small buttons which make it clumsy to navigate.

Very good tv for its size. I purchased it to watch while my big screen tv was being repaired. I would recommend it to all. Great picture quality and sounds great.

PERFECT. Can't find fault with this TV. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the fact that it isn't simply a plug in and turn on kind of setup. It's a smart TV and apparently smarter than I am. The original screen when the power was turned on for the first time asked me to scan the bar code. I'm sorry but I'm probably the last person on earth that DOESN'T have a smart phone to do that. I attached my antenna and muddled through and have the basic channels. That's all I need for the guest room anyway.

Samsung TV is a class by itself. Moderately priced, comes with great features and ease of setting it up and eventually, ease of use! I have always used Samsung products from my Galaxy S fones, to my Samsung S Tablet and my prior TV.!

Compared with more expensive tv's the picture is not as defined--but without the side-by-side comparison the picture is good. Easy setup, easy to operate and Samsung tv's have always been very reliable in my experience. Good value.

I wish I had returned this TV and gotten something else. I have been a loyal customer of the Samsung brand, which is why I bought this TV. However, the quality of the picture could be better for the price. Also, it does NOT have bluetooth. I didn't realize this during the return period, unfortunately. I think that at this time...and for this high price...the lack of bluetooth is inexcusable.

Great picture especially for the price. One small issue was factory setting going into save energy mode when TV is in pause mode for awhile. Only way I could get it to power back on was unplugging it for about 30 secs. But I went to settings and took that feature off.

All my Tv s in my house are Samsung 6 in all so I may be a little Samsung biased. Ill be returning though as I bought it for my MacBook Pro and you can’t use TVs for monitors they just aren’t optimized for that. If your using it for Xbox or cable they are great

Great addition to the den. Picture is clear and crisp. We have not had any issues with lagging and I do watch a lot of sports. I would recommend to people who realize that this is more of a mid-level TV. You could pay more but I felt there was great value here.

This is a nice TV for a bedroom.......however I'm not pleased with the volume. Volume control has to be turned way up ( and no, I'm not hard of hearing), and the sound quality isn't that great. Otherwise it's a good purchase since I got it on sale.

Tv works great don't think the installer was happy i was late to answer the door but within the 15 minutes as he said on my ring door when he was about to leave never said 10 words the rest of the install outside of that he did his job.

This is the 4th Samsung TV I have purchased. I love their Smart TV options and the ease of use. All the apps I use are preloaded like Hulu, Netflix and HBO Now. There is also a Smart Things app you can use on your phone, but I haven’t utilized it.
