Picture is great. The size was good and the sound is also very good even without a sound bar.

Since the newer TV's are coming out, I feel the price of this should be lower. I bought this on Black Friday 2018, and I'm noticing the price of them this year are exactly the same. TV is working great, comes with Samsung TV Plus (free channels). Picture quality in terms of color accuracy is decent and it shows in 1080p. I forget now, but I think it the amount of harddrive space on the TV (to download apps) could use be larger, there's some pre downloaded, I added DisneyPlus, ESPN Plus, Hulu, Netflix, and I may have a little bit of room to download a few others. Some apps though can be extremely tiny because they are just landing pages for the providers' website to logon and view.

The television was great to setup and picture quality was fine for the size and cost of the set. I had purchased similar set last year and was disappointed to find that they removed the sleep timer function and button on the remote and replaced with the NETFLIX button. So sad to discover that a great user feature was sacrificed for some streaming APP that could be accessed simply by selected MENU.

We actually purchased for use as a computer monitor. After getting it setup we found it to be one of the best TV's we have in the house. It does make an excellent monitor but watch TV when just working in the office.

So far I haven’t been disappointed with any of the samsung TVs I’ve purchased in the last 5 years, only thing that changes is that with each newer model the picture quality gets better and better. So far very pleased

Purchase was supposed to be brand new, not open box. Was not marked open box, paid new price. Got it home, obvious open box, returned item. Tv remote sealed package opened and set up. After hanging on wall and starting, another persons email in set up. So far so good though, so ok. Synced with cable remote. All good. Went to increase volume and noticed it was already at 70% volume. Turned up to 100%. Not very loud. Usually about 28% is the most I can stand. Would return, but husband is having medical issues and don’t have assistance taking it off the wall. It will work, but very disappointed in purchase. I paid the higher price for a new item. Obvious the previous owner returned because of volume issues. Best Buy should NOT have placed it out for resale, most particularly not as a new item. Deceitful on their part.

This TV sucks. It's really disappointing. If you just want a TV, I guess it's fine. But as a "Smart" TV, it sucks. First of all, it has built-in ads. It lacks Crunchyroll for watching anime. It's sluggish and awkward. The Smart Things remote control app sucks and is a pain to load. You can't even use it to type letters to search in Netflix. You can't set the TV to start on any app except the stupid Samsung TV app. I'm not a real big TV guy; I just go this to watch videos while on the treadmill; so I can't really compare this to much; but my sister's crappy JVC Roku TV is way better than this thing. I think the issues it has are mainly software issues; and I say that as a professional software engineer. And I don't really see any excuse for the shortcomings it has, except maybe the lack of the Crunchyroll app. So I will never buy a Samsung Tizen based TV again, unless someone can show me that they've fixed it. I feel like it was designed just to shove ads down your throat. I know it's probably an ok deal for the money; but I would recommend you save your money for something better, or try a different brand. In any case, do your research first! My mistake for assuming this would be a decent experience.

Good quality tv for the price. This is the lower price Samsung tv. If you want more bells and whistles you will need to pay more.

Just needed to replace the old tv in the motorhome. Thought about LG, but seeing its not used all the time went with the Samsung, as I have had good service in the past. Hands down, not only larger screen but picture quality is great.

Delivered on time, in good shape and easy to set-up. Had purchased a wall bracket ahead of time and it was super easy to installed on the back on the tv. Literally 4 bolts.

I'm overall pleased with this purchase. The picture quality is adequate for me and the TV meets my current needs. Only issues I have is the app layout and functionality, as well as a constant blur/buffer at the beginning of any video even with a wired connection.

Picture is very nice, crisp, and clear. The menu system is a bit confusing for the smart channels but I suspect it is comparable to other systems (limited experience with other streaming platforms). The remote control is functional. In short, the television provides great value.
