Nice picture but the remote lags when using and the sound quality could be better

Purchase was supposed to be brand new, not open box. Was not marked open box, paid new price. Got it home, obvious open box, returned item. Tv remote sealed package opened and set up. After hanging on wall and starting, another persons email in set up. So far so good though, so ok. Synced with cable remote. All good. Went to increase volume and noticed it was already at 70% volume. Turned up to 100%. Not very loud. Usually about 28% is the most I can stand. Would return, but husband is having medical issues and don’t have assistance taking it off the wall. It will work, but very disappointed in purchase. I paid the higher price for a new item. Obvious the previous owner returned because of volume issues. Best Buy should NOT have placed it out for resale, most particularly not as a new item. Deceitful on their part.

Purchased the Samsung 32” Smart tv because it fit into an existing tv cabinet, and I also had a Samsung 49” Smart tv that I love. The 32” is a great second tv, and has not disappointed. I would strongly recommend it for its quality and price!

32" Samsung TV , perfect size for my bedroom. Great Super Clear images and the Smart option give you access to every platform I need. At the price it's a great TV to get. I will purchase another if the need arises.

This TV sucks. It's really disappointing. If you just want a TV, I guess it's fine. But as a "Smart" TV, it sucks. First of all, it has built-in ads. It lacks Crunchyroll for watching anime. It's sluggish and awkward. The Smart Things remote control app sucks and is a pain to load. You can't even use it to type letters to search in Netflix. You can't set the TV to start on any app except the stupid Samsung TV app. I'm not a real big TV guy; I just go this to watch videos while on the treadmill; so I can't really compare this to much; but my sister's crappy JVC Roku TV is way better than this thing. I think the issues it has are mainly software issues; and I say that as a professional software engineer. And I don't really see any excuse for the shortcomings it has, except maybe the lack of the Crunchyroll app. So I will never buy a Samsung Tizen based TV again, unless someone can show me that they've fixed it. I feel like it was designed just to shove ads down your throat. I know it's probably an ok deal for the money; but I would recommend you save your money for something better, or try a different brand. In any case, do your research first! My mistake for assuming this would be a decent experience.

Great! Picture , sound, installation, price, no issues.

The picture is great. This was a return which I purchased at a great price. Everything works well. I believe the sound could be better but I am using the TV speakers. Perhaps if I connect it to stereo or some other external audio source, it would probably be a lot better.

Nice set for the price. Good picture quality, decent sound, decent remote. Smart tv system is not my favorite.

Great small smart tv. This is for our office, just the right size and the smart features means we can stream news while we work.

Eit was easy to set up and use at my store. Easy to use for as a security setup for cameras or to watch on.

This is our second Samsung TV. As we are streaming our programming, the remote is very easy to use. and the picture is clear.

The television was great to setup and picture quality was fine for the size and cost of the set. I had purchased similar set last year and was disappointed to find that they removed the sleep timer function and button on the remote and replaced with the NETFLIX button. So sad to discover that a great user feature was sacrificed for some streaming APP that could be accessed simply by selected MENU.

Fits perfect and delivery guy was excellant! Great for bedroom or small room. Great price!

I bought the Samsung 32" Smart TV for the wife's she cave. She loves the sharp image and smart extras she did not have on her old one.

TV is great. Placement on wall is a remedy we should have done years ago. My husband's dementia causes him confusion as he tries to learn the controller functions with his arthritic fingers. We are thankful for the help and expertise.

We purchased an off brand smart TV and discovered that we didn't like the bells and whistles it offered because they limited control for children options, went back to Bestbuy and purchased the Samsung instead, should have stuck with my guts instead of be lured by a price and "options"
