Love the picture! Many options for what picture you want for whatever you are watching. One drawback is the sound is not the best, but only because it is only a 32" and the speakers must be made small to fit in the thin flat screen; so I bought a soundbar which really enhanced the sound great!!

Overall, the quality and sound are good. But the cheap little Insignia we bought at the same time actually is easier to use and it looks just as good.

Eit was easy to set up and use at my store. Easy to use for as a security setup for cameras or to watch on.

Nice tv ,picks more channels than our old tv,great picture, it's cool looking at pictures off the phone,before we could hardly see the guide on DirecTV but it's clear now. Sound is a little lacking ,hooked up to stereo,

Purchased as a gift. Picture quality is very good. Wife is concerned that the sound volume is not loud enough although the quality is very good. Still learning some of the features of the TV which go beyond our old TV.

This is a great small screen TV. Typical Samsung quality. Love the one remote technology which merges smart TV use with standard cable. We use this little jewel on our back porch/ sun room and could not be more pleased.

Samsung quality, this is an upgrade from a small tube TV I've been using for years. So it is just great, the clarity of the HD, and for a reasonable price. Will need some time to figure out the intricacies of the Smart functions.

This is a ballbuster of a TV. We put it in our den and it's like being at the movie theatre. The picture is super sharp. Easy to install. Great for playing video games, too.

I purchased this TV online, sight unseen, to be delivered to my mother's Assisted Living facility. Her last TV broke right after the state shut off all long term care facilities to family members. The TV was delivered to the front door and maintenance at her facility installed the TV in her room. I can't be there to help her learn how to use a smart TV and she can't figure out how to use the closed captioning. (I really don't want anyone else touching her remote), but she is enjoying the TV and the programs with the volume high. I wish I could say more, but I have not seen the TV and it may be weeks before I am allowed in to see her, Thank you Best Buy for the ability to purchase online and your fast delivery!
