So far so good. The picture is razor sharp with excellent color. The onboard speakers aren’t as bad as I’ve heard most people say, still with the addition of a sound bar this little tv just fits the bill for our purposes. So far we love it.

Love Samsung TVs. This was an excellent purchase. This is our third one in this size in three different rooms.

Nicely packed and easy to assemple the feet, but of course, I didn't do it right. The setup is easy as long as you know your Samsung password or you can set one up.

I visited your store on Brook Road to return a Samsung smart television that I purchased almost five years ago. At the time that I purchased the television I also purchased a protection plan. The sales associate who assisted me advised that the Brook Road store did not have a 32 inch Samsung television in stock. He advised that there was a 32 inch Samsung smart television at the Mechanicsville store. He rang up the purchase with the protection plan and arranged for me to pick up the television at the Mechanicsville store. He was very courteous and professional. I was very pleased with my experience.
