I visited your store on Brook Road to return a Samsung smart television that I purchased almost five years ago. At the time that I purchased the television I also purchased a protection plan. The sales associate who assisted me advised that the Brook Road store did not have a 32 inch Samsung television in stock. He advised that there was a 32 inch Samsung smart television at the Mechanicsville store. He rang up the purchase with the protection plan and arranged for me to pick up the television at the Mechanicsville store. He was very courteous and professional. I was very pleased with my experience.

I have always been a fan of Samsung because of their TV design and they are also a quality product. This TV was not my first Samsung and it won't be my last.

Wish it had a louder speaker / sound , Sharper picture . Will do for the price .

The TV was easy to set up and Samsung tv + is excellent get tv with any Wi-Fi signal. Picture is excellent as well perfect for my new travel trailer.

We needed a TV for our guest bedroom, and this one fit the bill. It is a 1080p set, but the picture is brighter and better than I expected. We are very happy with this purchase.

This is a great television. It replaced less expensive television that had quit working. This is our third Samsung television and all three are excellent.

This TV is only 32" but perfect for viewing from bed. The installer helped me to determine the best height and it is and excellent addition to my new bedroom.

I love this TV and it works very well and it ties into my cell phone so I don't have to do any settings or anything it finds it itself

Right size; great color & clarity of picture. However, sound bites...even with max amplification is still somewhat inaudible (or tinny sounding) & carries little bass. In addition, I use with cable carrier, & there is consistently a 2-3 second sound lag between image & matching sound....which drives me crazy (to be fair, I'm not sure if it is the cable service or the TV).

It has a great excellent display, very easy to get around and install menus, and overall been a great sharp experience playing videogames using it so far! Recommended!

Good value for the money. Easy setup and the internet streaming is a bonus.
