Simple to set up and connect to streaming services. Excellent picture quality and pretty good sound for small tv speakers.

I'm a Sony user so it took me a bit longer to figure this one out. It is a very functional TV and once you figure out the Apps and navigation menu you can customize it perfectly. The picture is bright and clean and clear.

Everything about this TV is great except most newer TVs have 2 legs (stands) at each end of the TV instead of one in the center. If you have a small table, the TV will no longer fit on it.

I love this TV and was very happy with the staff who installed it. They were prompt, kept me informed of their arrival, knowledgeable and very pleasant. They took the time to explain how to operate it.

I purchased 2 of these from Best Buy. They are both experiencing the same issue that others from Best Buy, Amazon, and the Samsung site have reported: The remote just doesn't work sometime. Power button on TV won't work. You have to unplug the TV and plug back in to get the TV to come in. After contacting Samsung customer service, was initially told that someone would come to my home to service the TV. When I questioned them as to whether or not there was a fix for this widespread issue, they admitted that there was not. And my service tickets were cancelled and replaced with tickets to either replace the TVs or receive refunds for the TV's once they are sent back in. There was no way I wanted to replace with the same model. I am currently waiting for pre-paid UPS labels to be sent to me to hopefully bring resolution to this issue. These TV's should be pulled from the market.

This Samsung smart TV is wonderful. It does everything it is supposed to do and it has a beautiful picture. I am very pleased.

Wanted a TV for an extra room that is not used that much. The Samsung is perfect for the purpose we want, has a great picture and is exactly what we were looking for.

No headphone jack. Otherwise, good picture; picture size formatted automatically. These big TVs need very wide tables if you're not going to mount them on the wall.

Excellent value in this television. Samsung TVs are already best in class but if you have limited space and need a high functioning tv this is the one for you. Great return for your dollar with this tv.

Good deal for the price. Not the fanciest anything, but it has most thing's you'll use if you want a decent 32".
