replaced an old tube type TV. This is much clearer and fits the space in our old entertainment center. Clear picture, good sound, great features

Excellent value in this television. Samsung TVs are already best in class but if you have limited space and need a high functioning tv this is the one for you. Great return for your dollar with this tv.

I purchased 2 of these from Best Buy. They are both experiencing the same issue that others from Best Buy, Amazon, and the Samsung site have reported: The remote just doesn't work sometime. Power button on TV won't work. You have to unplug the TV and plug back in to get the TV to come in. After contacting Samsung customer service, was initially told that someone would come to my home to service the TV. When I questioned them as to whether or not there was a fix for this widespread issue, they admitted that there was not. And my service tickets were cancelled and replaced with tickets to either replace the TVs or receive refunds for the TV's once they are sent back in. There was no way I wanted to replace with the same model. I am currently waiting for pre-paid UPS labels to be sent to me to hopefully bring resolution to this issue. These TV's should be pulled from the market.

Great value. Bought this for a security system and it is perfect for my needs. The price was right. I’m very happy with it.

I'm a Sony user so it took me a bit longer to figure this one out. It is a very functional TV and once you figure out the Apps and navigation menu you can customize it perfectly. The picture is bright and clean and clear.

Great product, great price and works just fine. Needed a extra tv for the outdoor bbqs and this does the job. Totally recommend

Set up was pretty easy as we recently bought a larger Samsung smart TV. Picture is very good; sound is good. I would recommend this model.

The sound and visual quality, the volume settings are a little high for me (but that might be because I live in a small apartment).

I am using it as a monitor.. what a beautiful picture quality. All my TV's are samsung.. would not buy anything else given the clarity and quality.

No headphone jack. Otherwise, good picture; picture size formatted automatically. These big TVs need very wide tables if you're not going to mount them on the wall.

Wanted a TV for an extra room that is not used that much. The Samsung is perfect for the purpose we want, has a great picture and is exactly what we were looking for.

This tv is great and glad we purchased it. It has all the functions we need and more. It was easy to install and connect.
