I’m not a TV expert, so bought the “brand name” - Samsung. Very happy with purchase, Set-up was easy and picture quality is great.

Easy to install and has an excellent picture. Sales person very helpful. Easy to pay off with no interest in less than 6 months.

Good quality and good image. It works well. However, every time I turn off and turn on the TV the wireless internet disconnect and I can't access the Apps. I have always to remove the power cable and put it back, press and hold the power button for 3 sec, and then press the power button again to turn on the TV. That's the only way to have the wireless internet connection working.

My "stupid" TV was infinitely easier to use. The new Samsung remote is functional, but NOT user-friendly except to turn the TV on and off and the volume up and down. I cannot get rid of any individual channels, much less the entire online channels ribbon at the bottom of the screen. The setup was horrific and the voice-assistant unintelligible. My primary desire is to use the new TV to watch DVDs and stream programs using the "Smart View" feature on my cellphone. Getting that to work, and stay connected in that way is challenging to put it mildly. The picture is excellent. However, I was told the TV would render "Native" aspect ratios, but when I play a DVD with a movie that is 4:3, the picture is stretched out and I can find NO "Aspect Ratio" button to adjust it on the Samsung remote. Did I choose the wrong TV or are ALL the Smart TVs inherently terrible?

Just a learning curve to scroll down and across to find the channel that I want, but am getting used to it. Nice picture.

Great tv, down sized for a bedroom, helpful associates, arrived ahead of schedule.

As of now I’m satisfied I sold my 32 inch insignia tv for this one and the picture quality is definitely better and it’s very slim very nice tv

The set was very easy to set up. The picture is great, very sharp. It is exactly what I expect from Samsung.

The Samsung 32" tv has a nice picture. The only problem is voice goes out and remote, when you try to use the sound up or down doesn't work. We turn the Samsung tv off and wait, turn back on. The Samsung proceeds to work like it supposed to.

Great tv for bedroom. Gorgeous picture. Replaced an older flat screen with built in dvd. Miss the dvd but happy with choice. Good price.
