The tv is great! TV set-up was very easy. I ordered it on-line. It was delivered promptly to my vehicle. I set it up as soon as I arrived home. Unfortunately, the tv screen was black, no sound either. I called the geek squad and they said it was not going to work! They had another in stock, and said I could exchange it. I made the exchange, and all was well upon setting up the new tv. My only issue is that in order to purchase it, I had to make a 120 mile trip twice!!

Perfect sound for my bedroom. Clear picture too. I would probably go up a size, but it's a nice tv.

Has a good picture. Not cost a lot, fits perfectly in my kitchen with a big enough screen, 32", but not too big,

It's the perfect height to use as a monitor about 6 feet away. The color is nice and the picture is sharp.

My "stupid" TV was infinitely easier to use. The new Samsung remote is functional, but NOT user-friendly except to turn the TV on and off and the volume up and down. I cannot get rid of any individual channels, much less the entire online channels ribbon at the bottom of the screen. The setup was horrific and the voice-assistant unintelligible. My primary desire is to use the new TV to watch DVDs and stream programs using the "Smart View" feature on my cellphone. Getting that to work, and stay connected in that way is challenging to put it mildly. The picture is excellent. However, I was told the TV would render "Native" aspect ratios, but when I play a DVD with a movie that is 4:3, the picture is stretched out and I can find NO "Aspect Ratio" button to adjust it on the Samsung remote. Did I choose the wrong TV or are ALL the Smart TVs inherently terrible?

The picture looks great, my niece loves her new tv, the apps are easy to use as well
