Plus the TV's wifi isn't strong enough to find our modem/router signal (in the next room) for accessing the internet on its own, but our 4k Roku device which has no issues with internet connectivity allows us to overcome that limitation and use all the features and controls of the TV.

I am so sad because I wanted this tv so bad. I love Samsung products as they are always worth the cost.

My last Samsung had a strong middle leg that never presented problems. This one has a problem each time I want to adjust the TV. Legs are wobbly. As for the TV itself, I had to set the picture on "dynamic" to get a decent color balance and focus. Standard does not work well, at all. So, at the price I got for it, I didn't raise any issues with the company or Best Buy. You get what you pay for, I guess!
