    Even with the unusual way business has to be with the Covid-19 challenges the service provided was top shelf! I pulled into the parking lot for curbside pick up and before I could turn my car off there was an employee at my door asking for my info. Within 5 minutes my new TV, Samsung - 32" Class N5300 Series LED Full HD Smart Tizen TV, was in my car and I was backing out. Extremely efficient.

    Called because I was at wits end trying to solve a problem. I needed a tablet which would allow to chose between 2.4ghz and 5ghz. My app will only work 2.4ghz. My phone will only work with 5ghz. I now can have a Samsung tablet which will allow me to chose. He was a excellent in assisting me to find the correct tablet after he reviewed Samsung's website to make sure I could switch.
