Fine picture - volume needs improving

To comfortably hear programming - television/cable tv, steaming and external devices - even from only 10 feet away from the unit, you must have the volume set to at least 55 and even higher is better. Despite working with Samsung techs and resetting and testing and checking all settings nothing seems to correct this.
