    I was looking forward to replacing our working-fine Samsung flat screen TV during the Black Friday sales. This would have filled the bill PERFECTLY if it simply ha the same component video and the four HDMI inputs as what we already had. I bought this product without doing my "homework," and Best Buy was nice enough to permit a simple return. I will definitely look to Best Buy in the future, but only after I know exactly what I am actually purchasing.

    The Samsung TV setup is terrible. Tried several times with the app and via the TV, multiple times it lost all the information I added, finally the app couldn’t connect it anymore. The TV picture is nice, just takes a while to get to it, out-of-the-box experience is horrible. It’s been a while since I purchased an Samsung TV, don’t think I will purchase one in the future. Unless you are fairly tech savvy, would not recommend it.

    Bought to replace a Visio smart TV as it was missing some apps and wifi really jumpy. Works great. I already have a 55" samsung and could log into my account and everything was already there (like phone).

    I bought a TV as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The young man who assisted me was very courteous and patient with my questions. Falling into the OLD ge category I am not aware of all the new technology available but he carefully explained what the current models do. He almost sold me a new TV for myself ha!
