It’s a nice tv with clear picture and a good tv with good color and good picture quality

This is our fifth Samsung TV purchase. Cracked the screen in one, this is replacement. Rarely the sound will stop for a while, then fix itself. Other than this quirk it is great All of my other Samsungs have been working fine. I especially like the Samsung channels.

My review is more about the set up process than the television itself. I purchased three new Samsung televisions. I went to set up the first one and it turns out you have to have a Samsung account to even begin the process. So I started with my email address and it turned out I already had a Samsung account. Since I couldn't remember my password so I attempted to reset it. Four times I tried and failed because each time it wouldn't accept my verification code I was sent. I doubled checked the codes each time and it still would not verify me. So I reached out to Samsung support via the phone. I got a recording that it would be faster to do it by text message. When I did that I got a response that an agent would get with me as soon as possible. Fifty minutes later I still hadn't received a response so I unplugged the item, boxed it back up and submitted a return request to Best Buy. Then I went to the store, purchased an Insignia went home and had it set up with 15 minutes. I'm sure the Samsung TV's display a great picture but in my case it wasn't all the time and wasted effort just get it up and running.

The TV has a crystal sharp picture and was easy to set up.

Got it for work from home. Connected to the laptop it makes life much easier.

An excellent television for a smaller bedroom or den.

My family has mostly Samsung TVs, tablets and cell phones. This TV was a great price for the quality. The sound is better than an older model we have in the guest bedroom, but it still is not to the standard that I know the manufacturers can produce. I refuse to add an additional piece of equipment like a sound bar. When they make a TV with good quality speakers, I can give a five star rating!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my younger son. It works great, the video presentation looks wonderful, and it gives him more connections (including ARC) for his gaming, etc. equipment.
