I really like my new 32 inch Samsung television. The crisp colors and color quality is amazing.

All of my TVs are Samsung but this one is a bit different. When changing the channel it seems a bit slow to respond. Sometimes the screen freezes or takes me to a channel that I did not select. The overall picture quality is fantastic and I will still stick to Samsung TVs.

The tv works well except it does not have a sleep function. I was unable to get assistance from your employees. He only pointed to where the size and make of the tv I wanted. No questions were able to be asked as he disappeared as soon as he pointed

This model gets very Excellent Reception when it comes to WiFi connectivity.

This is a good TV but is a little thick for the price. It also is very rarely on sale so you could get the 43” 4K for cheaper, but it all depends on the space you are putting it in. I wouldn’t have been able to fit a 40” tv in my office so I had to purchase the more expensive, smaller, and lower quality TV.

TV is working fine. I liked my old Samsung better as to the leg it set on. Old one—one in the middle. New—two, one on each end. Old one fits better on multiple table sizes.

The service I received throughout the process was excellent. I did realize after some research that the 40-inch television I purchased is an older version of the model I thought I was buying. When I called customer service, they told me it had nearly the same features. So far, it is a good tv for the price.
