I'm very excited to be able to stream things now and Fabian E was very helpful, set it up showed me how to use it, etc. Worth the extra expense to have him come out and do this for me. Incomprehensible msnusl setup

All the other administrative stuff to get connected to my streaming services and stuff - incomprehensible instructions, dead end menus, etc. I would give the product 1 star but the picture carries the other two stars.

Good value - excellent picture

My hope was that I would be able to use Wi-Fi and watch programs without having to buy a cable box. It did that task well, but it was burdensome. I ended up getting a small box and remote and now it's awesome. Good audio, terrific screen, even better overall value for the money.

The sales staff answered my questions and even opened the box to reassure me. Even the battery 's for the remote were in the box. Nice, unexpected find at an unbelievable price. Was to be a gift but I am keeping it for myself!
