No Bluetooth, so no ear buds can be used - Not 2020 model - Didn't know this until after it was installed. Sound somewhat muted. ***Needed this size for specific spot. Replaces an older not smart TV. I would recommend it after I told them all of the above.

Good picture and not bad sound. The menus and app icons are tiny and make cable cutting difficult. Though to find a good 32 in tv for bedroom or office.

A great tv worth the extra cost. I had a vizio which cost less but it was very slow for streaming and kept freezing up or lo s ing the picture. I have had no problems with this samsung. Very fast I am very happy with it.I highly recommend this model

Got this TV for my bedroom, but brought it back because after speaking with samsung tech suppt foundout the bright red standby light cannot be turned off. Tech suppt suggested putting something in front if, but that blocks the remote sensor. Disappointed because picture is nice, so recommend avoiding this model if unneccessary lights also annoy you.

The Samsung - 32" Class N5300 has great color quality. The sound system isn't that good unless you have it attached to surround sound. Without surround sound, I would have to have the sound turned up to 30-50, depending on what stations I'm watching.

This TV is smart capable and works well for a game room or workout room.

The tv works well except it does not have a sleep function. I was unable to get assistance from your employees. He only pointed to where the size and make of the tv I wanted. No questions were able to be asked as he disappeared as soon as he pointed

The volume isn't right on this TV. I have another Samsung TV and I run the volume around 55. With this TV I need the volume at 82 and it still isn't overly loud. The TV is great except for the volume problem.

My review is more about the set up process than the television itself. I purchased three new Samsung televisions. I went to set up the first one and it turns out you have to have a Samsung account to even begin the process. So I started with my email address and it turned out I already had a Samsung account. Since I couldn't remember my password so I attempted to reset it. Four times I tried and failed because each time it wouldn't accept my verification code I was sent. I doubled checked the codes each time and it still would not verify me. So I reached out to Samsung support via the phone. I got a recording that it would be faster to do it by text message. When I did that I got a response that an agent would get with me as soon as possible. Fifty minutes later I still hadn't received a response so I unplugged the item, boxed it back up and submitted a return request to Best Buy. Then I went to the store, purchased an Insignia went home and had it set up with 15 minutes. I'm sure the Samsung TV's display a great picture but in my case it wasn't all the time and wasted effort just get it up and running.

Picture quality is good when viewing from the front. But darkens on the side if you are not directly in front of it.

Clear picture.. works well as a computer monitor as well.
