Nice tv good picture quality. Would buy another one.

Geek squad did everything, plus helping us understand how it all works. We were more than impressed with their work.

We bought the TV had it delivered, there was no remote. Went to the store, I had to purchase a remote. I got home it wouldn't sync. I went back got a different remote. The apps were not cleared out from previous owner.

Samsung by far is my favorite TV. The picture & clarity is out of this world! The Samsung home smart apps are all you need to set up streaming within minutes!!

This is the perfect replacement for a TV that was no longer compatible with our cable service.

Purchased this item as open box. The remote was missing. ( the box was sealed, so I was unaware of the missing item.) I live an hour away from the nearest store. Could not get a resolution over the phone. Drove back to the Best Buy store where a manager provided a remote but not an exact model. Compensation was $7 off. Gas alone cost more in making this trip. Samsung tv itself is excellent.

Great picture needs better speakers good for college kids

My on board had issues on wake from sleep and found this short stubby AC adapter at Best Buy. Installed and works fine. Updated the drivers from the web page. wake on sleep as expected and connects to my 5G network without issue. My router is also an AC compliant device, and the sped is a bit faster than on my older N adapter.

Excellent TV. Bought because of the smartview option. One thing I wish it had is a sleep timer option, otherwise it would ve 5 stars

This TV works very nice and what I like is that I can use lots of APPs in it, it's wonderful.

Great little TV- the power cord seems a bit shorter to me than some other models but it’s long enough for a normal distance

I have several TV's from two 85 inch 8k to 42 inch HDMI all Samsung! they are excellent, all wifi usage - no cable boxes needed and tons of technology

With so many options these days of what a smart TV can do, I get lost trying to simply make the TV function. It takes time and phone assistance for us seniors to get this new TV to work and then to remember what we learned. It takes time to get comfortable with it's functions.

Very nice TV. Has channels that I never knew I could access. I no longer have cable only internet.

Nice color and contrast. Works well out on my deck.

This TV comes with a whole bunch of apps so that if you have wifi you need no other entertainment connections

I definitely would buy another one, and I would also recommend this TV to everyone! It sure would make a wonderful gift for a family member or a friend too! :)

Representative was quick to assist, answered all my questions and, processed the action and the delivery to my house. The deliver was on the day prescribed and I was informed by email as to the status of the delivery.

Not a high end TV however it works great for my wifes craft room.
