I love my new TV! Only complaint I have was the setup took way too long, I felt. Seems like they could've done a more streamlined way to enter data. They way it's setup now is quite cumbersome.

we really like this tv set. I never bought a tv from Best Buy on line, I do not like that it was left by the door. Sorry to say guys, PC Richard rings the bell and bring in the TV plug it to make sure it works.. no set up.. just making sure the tv goes on. and its in your door.

Its just ok. I needed an inexpensive tv for a spare room and this is what purchased. Its hd but not 4k. I rather of had a 4 k. Next time ill spend the extra and get the 4k.

This purchase was to replace an older version of the same TV. Always had a good experience with the old one and hope to continue that with this one.

With so many smart tv options now I recommend Samsung for their user interface. Free SamgungTV and their app that helps you connect and control each room; especially if you have children.

I was very pleased with next day delivery from Best Buy..that is actually why I purchased it from Best Buy. Only a few dollars difference on Amazon and though prime it would not be delivered next day.

If a consumer can say just what I wrote, who could ask fr anything more except I'd like a TV fr my bedroom. It was stolen when my husband was dying from coronavirus and I wasn't paying attention. Rosemarye

Good picture and perfect size for our daughters room but the speaker stopped working ten months in.

Love our new Samsung TV from Best Buy to replace our old Phillips.

The Tv does the job it was purchased for. Sound quality is lacking, but is passable for the job it was give . Could use diagram of the back of the TV in the instruction book.

A gift for my mother to be able to have a smart TV in a smaller space. We have a larger version, so we were able to help her set up and navigate use without needing to be in her home physically.

This tv is sold as a "smart tv". I would call it only an "attempt" at a smart tv. This was one of the most difficult tvs I've ever set up for streaming. It only comes loaded with 2 streaming apps and a Samsung TV app. It took me hours to figure out how to download additional apps because of the poor instructions. The instructions (on the tv itself) were so bad that it was difficult to simply set up the tv. Ive set up several smart tvs in the past and have never experienced such difficulty. If i had to do it again, i wouldn't purchase this tv.

This is a great small TV. We use it in our kitchen. It is exactly what we were looking for. Connects to the internet and all other apps easily.

Matched this TV to a Samsung phone to be able to cast phone screen to TV with addition internet connection. It works. I have 3 other brands of TV Samsung has the best remote and user interface features of any TV I have ever used.
