This was a 32 inch screen for my mother. We had to buy a smaller screen to fit into her existing cabinet. Very satisfied with purchase, but the smaller screen doesn't provide the sharpness that the larger ones seem to do. This tv was 1080p

The TV is just what we were looking for, but the remote is awful. It does not lifht up, so it's impissible to use in the dark

Good tv, ui is a little confusing at first but once you get it it’s a great tv and would recommend.

Overall satisfactory. Set up for other devices was a bit obscure and it would not connect to control my Visio Sound Bar. I still have to turn that on and control volume through its own controller.

We liked our sales person. Screws were missing from our TV set-up but took it back to store and got a replacement. They looked for them in the box as well. We are very happy! We needed help with our installation. We felt the directions weren’t thorough for novices.

We have this tv in our MBR. It works great and has a very good controller with many options on it.

This is an older model smart tv. Hated that it did not have Noggin app to download, had to get a firestick. Get what you pay for, but geez.

Great tv. Wonderful picture, sound and was easy to set up.

Very helpful salesperson. I was able to purchase two TV's for my home in less time that I expected. I'm very happy with my purchases. I will visit Best Buy in the future because the prices are very reasonable.

Brought it to use as a PC monitor since I’ll be working from home for awhile. Works great. Have not used it as a TV so can’t comment on that.

The Samsung TV was not good at all: (1) Vedio: the color was/is not brilliant. (2) Audio: the sound is clear/oud enougth; even cranked up the volume to 100% . (3) Unfortunately, I have to buy another TV - amother brand - SONY. Hopefully, the SONY will be better both vedio and audio! (3) Best Buy does NOT accept (honor) returns!!!

Love the Samsung app that it comes with! We use that all the time.

Had to get new tv and previous one was samsung so wanted to stay with same brand. Was not hard to sit up, just took a while to get everything set like I wanted it. Don't really like the fact that it connects to the internet but that is the way things are now days.
