Sound problems

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sometimes when I turn on the TV, the sound volume comes on full blast and is very distorted. The only way I can correct the problem is to unplug the cord from the outlet and plug it in again. Recently when I turned on the TV the volume was so low you can’t hear it even if it set to level 100. Once again, you have to unplug the TV. There is something inherently wrong with this TV. I finally got Samsung to agree to fix it but I have to ship it to New Jersey for who knows how long. The sound test is normal but this is an intermittent problem. I know Samsung had problems with capacitors before.

I still don't know what the red light is for a. It took hours to figure out how to download the aps like Netflix. I still can't get (HBO) Max. Where's the documentation?
