One problem is that about twice a week you have to unplug from the outlet because the sound is messed up or it gets flakey using the Samsung TV app.

Black screen one week after purchase

The manual was no help. Went online for support. Nothing helped. Went to chat. Slower than other chats I've done. Solution was simple: power-recycle. Why wasn't this option on the support page? Otherwise, the tv is fine, but this was a major annoyance.
