Great picture, sound iffy

Sometimes I have to have the sound almost all the way up, and sometimes I have to turn it way down. I thought that sound was now adaptive, but apparently not.

Sound goes off for no reason sometimes, ive checked all connections. Then once, i turned it on and volume was stuck at top! Put volume button down to 0, but tv still screaming. Nothing changed with cable vs. Firestick, so tv is the problem. I missed return date by 6 days because i had to go out of town, sucks to be me

It's a 2 year TV, then replace it!!!

TV is slow to respond to commands from remote, if it even responds at all. Sometimes the TV has to be shut off, and then turned back on to get it to respond again. I went in and reset the TV back to default, no help there it seems, still struggles to respond to remote, and yes, the remote has new batteries.

I hate this TV

It randomly turns on in the middle of the night (very creepy), of all the TV I've owned this one sucks the most and I'm a Samsung junkie, got the phone, fitness tracker... I really wish I hadn't given away my non smart TV for this. It's a dud, don't go there.
