Colors on screen - dull. Sony - better?

No bright color - pale tan, green, yellow - but nothing bright. Very disappointed and do not know how to correct, if that is possible. Don't know who to contact to help with this.

TV power insufficient for location.

That has proven not to be the case, and we are currently adding booster pods to see if it that will meet our needs. If not, we will need an additional review.

Broken TV delivered to my home with no recourse!

I took it to best buy store in Rockaway NJ and they said since it's been 18 days, and not 14 there is nothing they could do for me. They suggested contacting Samsung who also said they can do nothing, just go to a local store. I am now stuck with a broken tv, the minute I pulled it out of the box. This is the worst customer service I've experienced in years. I have bought many TV"S from Best Buy but will never return. NEVER NEVER BUY A TV FROM BEST BUY.

Good as a second TV, but...

There's no manual and I have spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to go where I want. Then I forget how I did it. Can be pretty frustrating.

Too dark

It returns to the default setting - the picture is too dark. I set it to be lighter, looks good for a minute then changes back to being dark.
