Great TV

The picture quality is great. The only feature my other Samsung TVs have that this doesn't is the auto set-time off and on.

Great picture but low volume

Also, TV will occasionally not turn on with remote or manual on/off switch. Have to unplug and plug back in. Called tech support, had us run a restart, worked for awhile, still doing it occasionally

First tech said slightest power interruption would shut it down, but happened last week too. Have to reboot cable as no other way to restart.

Great picture but hard to turn on

Once on it was hard to turn off. Power sensor is underneath bottom of tv so seems to make it hard to connect. Got a 2nd one & it does same thing but is better than 1st.

Since ive bought it nothing but issues, sound goes out. Remote stops working then starts working. The tv lags and is slow. I will never purchase another samsung tv again.
