Mediocre TV - No Bluetooth

Never arrived, no help provided

I ordered this on Dec 27th for delivery within about a week and not only did it never arrive, the store people say "there is nothing we can do for you". So do yourself a favor and order from Amazon, because there are no options in the app, on the website, and no Addis in the brick and mortar. I'd give this a zero of I could. Not the TV, don't know about that, but certainly for the Best Buy commitment to making things right.

Not for Wi-Fi users

Every day of two have to re-setup Wi-Fi to use. This seems to be a known problem that Samsung has not chosen to fix.

I have a Samsung in my bedroom and I absolutely love it! I am still discovering all the channels exclusive to the Samsung TV.
