Bad Product

Within the first month a message popped up on my screen saying insufficient storage. Tried resetting the tv to factory settings. Didn’t work. Then I tried re-setting the smart hub for the apps that come pre-installed on the tv and this still didn’t correct the issue. Per Samsung I was told to install an external hard drive to download updates and other apps. Didn’t work. This is just a temporary fix as this does not free up the internal hard drive space that is installed on the tv’s mainboard.

I am already having problems with the language changing when I did not change it. The stations change without me changing them. I having only had this Samsung TV 3 1/2 months.

Don’t do it!

Problem turning on

They must have been blind as the frame had many scratches some deep as well as imperfections on the screen. I took it home and did not check it right away. Store was closed and I had to leave early the next day for NYC. I was unable to return it right away which it merited.

Not sure why Samsung cannot make a flat TV that does not need mushroom spacers. The Smart Hub is invasive even after turning off smart features. I miss dumb TV's a lot in custom installs....

It is the worst one I have ever had…I have had issues with syncing the audio and video and apparently, it’s just the way it is with any Samsung tv. It also doesn’t work with the FireTV stick. I have to continually reboot my Fire stick. I have NEVER had this issue with an LG or Vizio. Do not buy these TVs if you don’t want to get frustrated every time you turn on your TV.

Not a good purchase

Sometimes it will not power on from the Standby mode, other times it has sound but no picture. The only way to get the TV to work from these failing states is to pull the AC power for a few seconds and then plug it back in. The TV reboots and runs fine for several days without issues. I have searched the Samsung troubleshooting FAQs, the internet and even uploaded the latest Firmware update but have not found a permanent solution.
