I’m going to take it in to exchange for a different.tv. I saw a couple others that are bigger while only a bit more expensive.

Unwatchable picture on and off every few seconds

Opened “new” box only to find it was used!

Bought it for my daughter for Christmas. Opened it up and turned it on. It was used. It had someone else’s Netflix account on it and all the accessories were in baggies. We are returning it as we don’t know why it was returned in the first place. Very disappointed.

When I took it back the next day and they plugged it in, the whole screen was cracked internally not externally.

Cracked screen

I was so disappointed. The same day, I went to the store and exchanged it. Hopefully, it would be ready to pick up on June 5th and won’t be cracked.
