Terrible sound. I had to buy a sound bar, which is ridiculous. Otherwise, great picture and easy to use.

Picture quality is very good. Speakers are clear and have a good enough sound quality.

I bought the 32" tv LED 5500. good tv. clear picture. I dont have cable, but have internet and Netflix. also have digital antenna. streaming is fine, no issues. my only complaint about Samsung is they need to make a 36" tv. This tv picture is not much bigger than my 19" CRT tv. Bought the smart tv so I could do away with cable, and I did. A 40" inch is to big in my bedroom. I recommend Samsung, but may look else where for a 36".

Would have given 5 stars but this tv has no blue tooth

I gave it my best shot. It is sad because for a 32" t.v., the picture's nice. Everything else is horrible! This is my SECOND one, as well...the same things are happening to this one, as my first, that If you want to rewind or fast forward too much, you'll lose ALL sound and have to exist the app and start again. This is a POS. The remote control is a JOKE. Best Buy says this is the best 32" they have. If so - go somewhere else! I've SPENT PROBABLY 10 HOURS ON CHAT WITH SAMSUNG and remember I went a month without one. It is insulting that something this poor can actually make it to the market. SAMSUNG AND BEST BUY YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.

Light easy to handle Legs should be heavier or sturdier tipped over easily

This is a nice little set. I bought it to replace an older Samsung in our MBR. We use URC Remotes and it was nice that the Samsung codes are consistent with older models. It meant less programming for me. The picture is very nice, the sound is much better than the old set, and my wife is happy. We only use a few of the apps. The Synology app is very nice and allows us to access content stored locally on our NAS. We have typically used TV's just as monitors, but the Smart TV system on the Samsung is easy to navigate so we find ourselves using it more often than we had expected.

Aside from being affordable this smart TV is just fantastic.

I use it as a great second monitor for my computer.

I walked in and was helped rightaway no hard sale tactics was directed to exactly what I was looking for newer technology and reliable products. I was sold on Samsung with my first one.

Superb resolution, easy to set up. Fine value. Would buy again.

I got this TV back in Dec 2018, 5 years ago for my 5 year old kid. He's 10 now and it works exactly same as when he got it. i think this is a good "little kid" tv.
