Would have wanted to give this TV 4.5 stars. Maybe I am not used to Samsung smart TVs so navigating the channels and apps was challenging. I am sure it will be okay when I get used to this remote. The buttons are placed differently than my Rokus or my older remotes for my non smart Samsung TVs and my 10 year old Sony smart TV. Purchased this TV as it has the Spectrum app. I would have otherwise bought a Sony. But this TV serves its purpose as a bedroom TV. The picture is nice and I enjoy viewing on it once I get to the channel on Spectrum I want.

Bought this for my daughters bedroom. Perfect size for the room and she is very happy. Nice picture. Great quality.

Small screen but I sit about 8' away so it's ample. Very clean picture, audio is a little rough, but its a little TV, going to get a soundbar.

The high definition picture is very clear. Easy set up.

This TV has a nice quality picture and was easy to set up (although there was one minor problem: the hardware packet was missing 4 screws, which I had to purchase at a hardware store). Best Buy delivered the TV on time.

We bought this for my wife's 90 year old dad, who is very rigid when it comes to change. His old cathode ray television was clunky, outdated, poor picture quality, and unable to connect to cable box via HDMI. First thing he said was "I don't need a new tv." After an hour of watching wrestling he walked into the kitchen and said, "I can't believe what I have been missing. That screen is so clear."

Easy setup, works as it should, bright crisp picture. Bought it for our kitchen.

Samsung smart 32 inch tv is the best. Clear picture, beautiful colors I was really surprised by the clarity and contrast without having to adjust anything. Very glad I purchased it.

Hopefully this review does not jinx me with issues with those who rated this TV low do to various issues. Out of the box I was having issues with turning off the TV, the remote not really working properly and not being able to turn the TV back on with the remote. Automatically I thought he we go, glad I purchased the warranty because things are already happening. Then I remembered a review that I saw that basically said that issues were resolved after downloading an update to the system. So I went in to the settings and found the screen that allowed me to update the TV's systems. After a short delay for the download to save and then install, I went back and went through all of the remote operations as well as turning off and on the TV with no issues at all. I have had this TV for a month now and have not had any issues at all. I am like a lot of reviewers that wished that the sound was much better, but I can deal with it since it is in my small office and if needed I can always supplement my TV with a sound bar. So word to the wise for those having issues, please look and see where to update the system and download the updates, the TV did not automatically download the updates out of the box and I will continually look to see if there are any additional updates through my settings to make sure that I am up-to-date. Hope this helps those who have had problems with this TV. I am truly enjoying this Smart TV which I am using with an OTA antennae (MOHU) as well has some streaming apps.

I chose this one, because it could download the spectrum app. Tv has great picture, good speaker volume , very light weight for wall mounting. Very happy with it

After 6 months Im very happy with this TV only think is the remote is alittle slow got to get used to it.

We have purchased only Samsung TVs over the past four years, including this 32” TV, purchased as a gift. With Samsung you get a high quality smart TV, with a great picture and hundreds of channels on Samsung’s free network. Our purchases also influenced a recent in-family Samsung TV purchase.

This was a purchase for my son. Was ordered here in Cleveland and delivered from one of the Best Buy stores in the Columbus area . The tv was mounted on the wall by the delivery person who made sure that everything was working. Beautiful picture and sound quality. Delivery person arrived within the time frame that was given and he didn’t have to wait all day.

Aside from the learning curve from having a TV and roof antenna to a SMART TV and dish, I followed the other reviews and am not sorry. This SAMSUNG has a great picture - is a great TV.

I bought this tv for my wife's office because it has all the apps on it that she likes.it is the perfect size and the picture quality is fantastic. The tv speakers are pretty decent for a small tv. We also like the Samsung brand as we have always had good luck with Samsung. She loves her tv.

Picture and audio on this TV is excellent. This is my first smart TV and I'm glad that I bought this Samsung since it is very easy to operate.
