If a Smart TV is what you want, this is the one to buy. But I have to say, navigating the "smart options" is awkward and difficult. To find the program, TV or move, that you want to watch can be a lot of searching. Then, some are "free" others are "pay" so you need to pay careful attention to what you're doing. It would be nice if each program (ie: Apple TV, Prime Video, Hulu etc.) had a search option to find a specific program but that doesn't exist for the most part.

My dad & I bought this as a birthday gift for my stepmom. We have had many Samsung TVs in our family and have been happy with all of them. As they had recently moved and needed a larger TV for the bedroom, this was the one we purchased after much research. One of the things she likes most about it is that the volume of the TV because she says it is much easier to hear and she doesn't have to blast it to hear it once she takes her hearing aids out. Also, the setup was very easy for me to accomplish in about 20 minutes!

Needed to replace a tv that stopped working. This one fit the bill. Price was right as it was an open box. Great picture. Smart tv

I bought my first LG monitor in 2016 and it is still going strong. So when I needed another monitor there was really no question about which brand to buy. The colors are crisp, the speed is very fast and installing the new one to work with the old one was a breeze. I was always a Samsung guy, but when I needed a new wide screen TV I consulted with the Best Buy associate. After comparing brands I went with LG. Samsung is a fine product but now I’m an LG acolyte. Choosing a new monitor is probably just A matter of personal preference but LG should be in the mix when deciding on new video equipment.

Easy set up, 500 free cable channels, i highly recommend this TV

Amazing Smart TV in a small package for a small price. Very easy to program into all internet content and streaming capabilities. Excellent picture and sound quality.

As are all Samsung TVs, this one is excellent. Great picture and very intuitive to use. We have it in our kitchen, and it's a perfect size for its location.

Great image/display quality, light weight, perfect remote control design & layout similar to larger models (so don't need to 're-learn' it), great settings control - SUPER easy set up.

Great picture on this TV. Very clear. I did not like all the steps I had to go through just to get it set up with Samsung. I don't know how I ended up in that set-up but I had to go through it just to use my tv. I didn't think this was necessary. I might make me not want to buy a Samsung TV in the future if I have to go through this more than one hour procedure. I finally had to use my computer as it didn't work just using my phone

It is in a bedroom and it really fits the area nicely. Very pleased with the picture quality, sound and the design of the tv.

This is a great TV for a remarkably low rice! Picture is wonderful and if you want to move the TV simply pick it up and go ahead. Picture is clear as a bell and sound is excellent. Has all of the features you would expect from Samsung and still exploring all of the content that is available from a "smart" TV

Beautiful picture, but remote use with streaming services feels at times clunky

I am overall happy with this TV purchase. I upgraded from a 22" Toshiba to this 32" in my bedroom. The picture and Smart TV function is great. However, the sound is just OK but manageable. My 10 year old Toshiba TV speakers and sound quality beat this new Samsung by 100%...that's when they still put the speakers in front an the cost was double. They have to reduce cost somewhere, it is obviously in the sound quality!

Everything works gem’s great. Picture is sharp with rich color.
