Good TV for the price but wasn't happy with being fooled into thinking that I would get a 10% discount on my purchase if I applied for the Best Buy Visa Card and was verified, which I did. I didn't notice until I looked at the recipes the next day. I called to question this and was given the run around and different answers. Never got the 10% discount and life is too short to stress out. I paid the bill in full and the Best Buy card with a 30% interest rate will go in the shredder.

Great picture, love that the apps are already loaded for the most-used platforms. Easier than using the FireStick we had previously.

This was a purchase for my son. Was ordered here in Cleveland and delivered from one of the Best Buy stores in the Columbus area . The tv was mounted on the wall by the delivery person who made sure that everything was working. Beautiful picture and sound quality. Delivery person arrived within the time frame that was given and he didn’t have to wait all day.

I wanted a 32 inch tv with all the new technology for wifi and apps. Set up was easy, even for a non-technical person. Picture is great.

Keep in mind that your buying a 1080p 32” TV and not a 4K, and you will be very happy with this set. Perfect for bedroom or extra tv. Smart features work great.

TV was purchased for a small bedroom, so I was looking for a small TV with good resolution. It was easy to setup. The sound quality could be improved, but it's OK for a small room. I am satisfied with my purchase.

This TV has a good picture. It works with Samsung phone app smart things. Has TV PLUS for extra channels which requires internet. A perfect TV for small room.

My 32" Samsung TV works great, beautiful colors, sound, and it's light weight but sturdy and functional. I plan to buy a larger Samsung TV for the family room.
