The remote is not very good...and it takes a while to populate the apps...good color but the remote sucks!

After seeing my husbands' Samsung tv picture, I wanted the same kind of quality in m small office, so I found this Samsung and set it up yesterday. From purchase to set up, it was a breeze. The picture is bright, clear and defined and the sound quality exceeds my hopes.

This is my first smart TV and I am very pleased with the ease of use. And the picture is great, very high quality.

I bought this tv for a room upstairs it fits in nicely, and is easy to operate.

Excellent picture quality, even without cable service. Two things that could be improved: stability of tabletop legs and remote control buttons.

Purchased the TV, purchased two, for my mother-n-law. Great picture, nice sound, but one key reason I purchased was on the recommendation from the Best Buy associate who noted that this TV would enable the need for only one remote and direct ability for her to turn on/off and change (Xfinity) channels. Other TVs had Roku which when the TV is turned on, the user would need two remotes to watch TV.

PIcture is great. Sound is only OK. Maybe consider a small sound bar but for my purposes might be overkill

Excellent product, delivered and installed by an extremely competent, intelligent tech, who was resourceful about selling me a mounting unit that I needed for the configuration of my location. She also was a persuasive sales person, as she tried to gently persuade me to upgrade the size of my television, I would have done so, except that my space utilization area was quite limited.

I own the same TV is a bigger size, which prompted this purchase. Easy to set up; no problems
