For some reason the sound is going up on the TV by itself and the sound effects are weird at times. I have only had this TV since June.

Worked great for a week

Went to turn it on today and no picture. Nothing when you can actually get the screen to turn on. I have always purchased Samsung TVs and this is the 6th one in my home. I’m hoping this gets rectified by Best Buy.
