Samsung has the best picture quality and is reasonably priced

I ordered a Samsung TV by phone through Best Buy. The rep, Andrew, was terrific and explained everything succinctly and answered all my questions. I wen to the store to pay in person and Keaton, a salespersoneahelped me do that. Then Jeff, a member of the Geeksquad, came by my house to install the TV. I am thrilled about not only my TV, (which talks to me and helps me with audio feedback when I press a button on the remote), but also the service I received in the process. Keep up the good work, guys! That's why you got a 5 rating!

This is a great TVyou can't go wrong buying this TV. It works just fine, and it comes with Samsung plus, so you can watch it all night.

I let price blind me to quality. Bought a Vizio with same specs as this Samsung, and appx $60 less cost. In already having other Samsung tv’s in our home, I discovered the Vizio picture quality was unacceptable and returned the unit to Best Buy and exchanged it for a Samsung and paid the extra $60. Thoroughly satisfied now with the Samsung. I recommend it to others.

Great picture and has Samsung Plus channels. Used for kitchen tv. Definitely recommend.

I needed a small 32" TV for an existing cabinet and this Samsung 5300 had the best quality picture compared to other brands at BB. The SmartTV features and menus are nicely laid out and easy to use. Due to the small size of the speakers you will probably want to use either a Soundbar or connect to an external sound system. Be aware that there are no standard audio or headphone jack outputs on this TV, only HDMI or Optical outputs. I can highly recommend this TV.

I was in the market to replace my dumb Samsung TV with a smart one. I had originally planned to get this one but thought the Vizio TV looked better in Best Buy and bought it. Well, that didn't work out! The Vizio TV doesn't have the component plugs in the back so I could hook up my old DVD player. I went on Amazon to get an RCA to HDMI plug but it didn't work! I sent that back to Amazon and the Vizio back to Best Buy to get the TV I originally planned to get from the beginning! I was able hook up my DVD player without any issues! This TV is as good as my dumb TV but with more features I've yet to learn.

This 32 inch is easy yo set up, for a small space it works grate.

My old Samsung died or so I thought it did so I purchased this new one and I like it it’s really good unfortunately I found out three weeks after I bought this new one that my old one would still come to life but I gave it to my grandson so it’s OK
