Went to Best Buy with an older family member and bought this TV to replace her old-fashioned one. Salesperson was very helpful in helping pick the new one out. Set it up for her, including connecting to cable service, with no problem using the on-screen guide. Easy to use remote. Excellent picture and sound quality. She could not be happier.

I had to replace a TV in my condo, and Samsung is the ONLY TV's my wife and I buy. We have 4 and never had a regret. They all work perfectly. Great price and a perfect replacement for an older (not smart) TV with this one. Now my guests can enjoy all the programming available in our unit.

Bought the 32 inch TV for my bedroom.It is aPerfect size and I loveAll the features. I recently got Netflix so I Needed a smart tv. Picture is beautiful and sound is fantastic. I can actually only have it on like a 10-12 range unlike my other tv which had to be a like 70-80 range. I am very happy with this product.

I bought this tv for my semi and it sits outside in the cold on the weekends and it still working great! I currently have Samsung tvs throughout the house so I know it’s a good tv because that’s all I buy!

Has a real nice picture filled with pretty color. I did not buy this for the smart feature although they seem to be good have if, I need them. I connected it for use like a regular tv. Reasonably easy to connect. All my tv's (3) are Samsung and have been very happy with them. Had 2 months now.

Have had excellent prior experience with Samsung TV's, so stayed with this one after going over reviews. First smart TV in the household, but so far very pleased with this one. Quality on picture and sound is fine. Still also have this tied into a DVR system, and did notice lag on picture vs sound if you pause or rewind, but that's the only drawback that I've noticed. Not a deal breaker, particularly since that's not really what it's designed for.

The Samsung tv is great. However, it is complicated for us older folks to set up. We had to have a younger person help. The remote is no intuitive. We need to get assistance to finalize set up

I am very satisfied with the beautiful picture. I bought this TV to replace my 26 year old 19" Sony TV which was still working well after all these years, but it can't compare with my new Samsung TV. I especially appreciate being able to read the print in the TV schedule, etc. The larger 32" screen is really enjoyable to watch.

I was having trouble with my Roku remote and their customer service seemed to have dropped off the face of the earth, so I decided to ditch the stick and get a smart TV. I got this Samsung at a greatly reduced price and am very happy with it. The color is pretty true and the sound seems great. The only trouble I've had is getting used to giving the tv time to warm up before I start opening an app — getting better at that.

Good TV with fine sound quality. It’s edge lit rather than direct lit, so it’s best to sit right in front of the screen for the best view, and we did supplement with a sound bar, but it does a good job.

I love Samsung TVs they do it right. This tv is easy to use love it for a guest room, living room, master bedroom, get it!

The picture on this TV is perfect never have had any issues. I am still learning all the stuff that this TV is capable of doing. I think I will be learning it for quite a while because there are tons of bells and whistle’s I highly recommend this TV if you’re in the market for a 32 inch TV that is premium quality.
